Mostly it is a collection of papers or artiles about the subject of the chapter or a very heavily edited version of the dispute rulings. It makes it very hard to figure out how the GATT and WTO articles work together. Once in a while, there will be a couple paragraphs that are very clear and helpful|About the Author|Andrew T.
